Step 1 – Get a pre-approval (you can contact your bank’s mortgage representative or I can provide you with contacts). It is essential to know your price range.
Step 2 – Decide what is most important to you in a home. Location (specific neighbourhood), access to transportation, number of bedrooms, washrooms, garage, parking spots, balcony (if condominium), etc.
Step 3 – I will conduct daily searches for properties that match your criteria so you will be one of the first to know as soon as they become available for sale. I will then e-mail you the detailed property information.

Step 4 – We will have fun visiting the properties that most interest you, at your convenience of course. I will accomodate your schedule.
Step 5 – When you decide on the place you want, I will present a comparative market analysis on the property to establish fair value. With an offer, I will fiercely negotiate the purchase price in your favour, as well as include the appropriate conditions in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
Step 6 – Your selected mortgage representative and real estate lawyer will assist you in their respective roles with financing and closing.
